Solution Focused Supervision and Consultation for Individuals, Teams and Organisations

Greg offers:

• Individual Solution Focused Supervision – where the emphasis is upon recognising what the individual does well, how to continue this and identifying the next steps towards progress.
• Group Solution Focused Supervision – where the emphasis is upon recognising what the group does well both together and as individuals, how to continue this and identifying the next steps towards progress.
• Team and Organisational Supervision – where clear achievable goals are identified and a solution focused approach is applied to developing solutions to the problems faced.

Greg offers:

• Teams and Organisations a day or series of days to learn how to develop solutions to the problems they face and how to develop their Team or organisation in creative ways.

Court Reports

Greg has provided numerous reports for court hearings where decisions have been made with regard to the future welfare of children. Consequently, over the past 20 years he has also attended court to present evidence and to be cross-examined on many occasions. For the past three and a half years he also acted as an Expert Witness is cases where parental substance misuse was an issue during which time he also taught on two family and substance misuse related courses at Leeds Addiction Unit.
