1. ONE DAY INTRODUCTION TO SOLUTION FOCUSED THINKING COURSE
This course is open to anyone who is interested in learning about the solution focused philosophy, assumptions and techniques and how to apply these to work and life situations to develop useful conversations with others.
The day will include some presentation, practical exercises and time for discussion and Q&A.

2. TWO DAYS FOUNDATION COURSE ON THE SOLUTION FOCUSED APPROACH
This course is for anyone who wishes to develop their ability to conduct useful conversations in work situations. Within the course the assumptions behind the solution focused approach will be presented and discussed. Also, the techniques of problem-free talk, best hopes / miracle question, scaling, solutions and goals will be introduced and the next steps to take your learning back to your workplace identified. The days will include verbal and visual presentations, discussion and Q&A and plenty of time for practical exercises for participants to practice the techniques.

3. TWO DAYS ADVANCED COURSE ON THE SOLUTION FOCUSED APPROACH
This course is for anyone who has attended the two-day Introductory Course (above) or has attended previous training in the solution focused approach and is already applying this in their work situation. Over the two days participants will work with Greg and each other to develop and enact a bespoke course that will enable them to enhance their knowledge and skills in conducting useful conversations. A variety of practical exercises, verbal, visual and video presentations, discussion and Q&A are some of the possibilities participants may wish to utilise during the two days.

4. Bring a “Party to a Party” – TWO DAY INTRODUCTION TO THE SOLUTION FOCUSED APPROACH FOR SMALL TEAMS
Work in a small team that is interested in quality training at a reasonable price?
Why not come and join Greg and a small number of other teams for two days of training in the solution focused approach to develop your useful conversations with each other and service users. The content of the course will be similar to the two day introductory course (see above) and exercises will be undertaken with your work colleagues. The learning opportunity will also be enhanced by meeting and sharing perspectives with other workers from outside your specialist field.
